4_. Effects → Distortion Effects → Polar Coordinates — Rectangular to polar — Wrap marcado.

Image → Mirror → Mirror Horizontal.

Blend Mode: Lighten.

Layers → Merge → Merge Down.

Effects → User Defined Filter → Emboss_7.
