Edit → Paste Into Selection.

Selections → Select None.

Effects → Image Effects → Seamless Tiling: Default.

Adjust → Blur → Radial Blur.

Effects → User Defined Filter → Emboss_3.

4_. Selections → Load/Save Selection → Load Selection From Disk → sels1lc.

Selections → Promote Selection to Layer.

Selections → Select None.

Image → Add Borders: 1 px, Symmetric marcado — Color: cor escura.

Image → Add Borders: 40 px, Symmetric marcado — Color: cor clara.
